Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Sterile Processing.
• CRCST or CBSPD certification preferred.

• Strong organizational skills and prioritization.
• Basic mechanical skills to operate equipment.

Responsibilities

• Decontamination and Cleaning: Disassemble, clean, and disinfect surgical instruments and equipment according to standard procedures.
• Inspection and Assembly: Inspect instruments for damage, assemble instrument trays, ensure proper working condition.
• Sterilization: Operate and monitor autoclaves and sterilizers and follow protocols.
• Inventory Management: Maintain records, track inventory, restock as needed.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct routine tests on sterilization equipment and document maintenance needs.
