Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year experience as Sterile Processing Technician or CRCST certification within one year of hire.
• Strong organizational, communication and hygiene skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, decontaminate, assemble and package surgical instruments.
• Maintain sterilization logs and quality assurance records.
• Assist OR staff by ensuring instrument readiness and timely case cart completion.
• Rotate shifts and adapt to schedule changes as needed.
