Qualifications

• Certification as a Certified Registered Central Sterile Technician (CRCST) or Central Sterile Professional Department Technician (CSPDT) required.
• At least one year of experience in sterilizing instruments.
• Technical knowledge of decontamination, packaging, and sterilization processes.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for decontamination, packaging, sterilization, and distribution of medical/surgical supplies.
• Manage case cart/inventory systems and maintain appropriate supply levels.
• Assist with training junior techs and perform on-call rotation.
