Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of sterile processing experience or related field.
• Successful completion of a sterile processing program required.
• CSPDT certification required upon hire.
• CRCST certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the workflow of CPD technicians and CPD student staff.
• Address equipment and supply issues in line with policies and AAMI standards.
• Provide input into staff evaluations and assist with on-shift staff development.
• Model best practices in processing of instruments and supplies.
