Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 years of sterile processing experience required.
• Demonstrated progressive leadership required.
• CSPDT and CRCST certifications required upon hire.
• Licensure/certification in specialty area (CIS/CER/CHL/CSPM/CFER) required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Process and sterilize surgical instrumentation and central processing equipment.
• Distribute supplies to hospital departments and nursing units as needed.
• Coordinate with perioperative team to identify process improvements; may perform CPD Tech I/II duties.
