Job summary

Bronson Battle Creek is seeking a Central Services Technician II to perform decontamination, sterilization, and storage of surgical instrumentation. This full-time role requires knowledge of infection control, aseptic technique, and the ability to read schedules and IFUs.

You will support OR staff and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced Sterile Processing department. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, plus 2 years of reprocessing/sterilization experience and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 2 years reprocessing/sterilization experience.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification preferred.
• Ability to read schedules, IFUs, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate, assemble, sterilize, store and dispense surgical instrumentation.
• Demonstrate infection control knowledge and aseptic technique.
• Identify disposable items needed for surgical cases and support OR as needed.
• Work with all levels of staff in surgery and maintain department procedures.
