Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking a Central Services Technician to support the sterile processing and supply chain workflow at our Seattle campus. The role centers on decontaminating, assembling, and sterilizing surgical instrumentation, assembling case carts, and ensuring supplies are available for procedures.

You will operate an automated Instrument Tracking System and coordinate with the Materials Coordinator to par and replenish soft supplies.

Qualifications

• Completion of formal Central Services Technician course or equivalent training.
• Experience in central services or sterile processing preferred.
• Knowledge of instrument sterilization and inventory processes.

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate and assemble surgical instrumentation.
• Assemble case carts from predefined lists.
• Par and replenish soft supplies with the Materials Coordinator.
• Document sterilization parameters and ensure accuracy of the process.
