Job summary

Northern Monmouth Regional Surgery Center is hiring a full-time Sterile Processing Technician. The role maintains and cares for all surgical instruments and prepares supplies for procedures.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 1–2 years of sterile processing experience; certification is preferred. Pay ranges from $20.58 to $30.00 per hour, with benefits such as medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401k, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years of Sterile Processing experience.
• Completion of a Sterile Process Certification program is preferred.
• Knowledge of operating room instrumentation and procedures.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and departmental supply items.

Sterile Processing Tech at Northern Monmouth Regional Surgery Center

The Sterile Processing Technician maintains and cares for all surgical instruments. Prepares supplies and instruments for surgery cases.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years of Sterile Processing experience
• Completion of a Sterile Process Certification program is preferred
• Experience with all types of sterilizers
• Knowledge of operating room instrumentation and procedures
• Familiarity with medical terminology and departmental supply items
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing conditions of the patient when needed

Pay Range

$20.58/hr – $30.00/hr (Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.)
