Qualifications

• 2 active CRCST/CSPDT/CFER national certifications or Certified Surgical Technologist required.
• 24 CE credits annually focusing on central service advancements.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean, wrap, sterilize, store, and distribute medical equipment.
• Assist clinical staff with surgical case preparations.
• Mentor and train team members.
• Provide functional guidance and assist with scheduling.

Skills

Knowledge of medical terminology

Expert knowledge and skills as a Tech III

Basic computer skills

Advanced preceptor skills

Endo instrumentation function and maintenance knowledge

Education
