Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Minimum two years in sterile processing and/or processing reusable medical/surgical equipment.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field OR six or more years of sterile processing/healthcare operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily sterile processing operations and staff.
• Monitor compliance with regulations and implement corrective actions.
• Train staff and identify opportunities for service improvement.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure instrument availability.
• Oversee inventory, records, and equipment lifecycle.
