Job summary

The role requires CRCST/CSPDT certification, 5+ years in sterile reprocessing, and supervisory experience with strong leadership and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification required at hire.
• Minimum of one year supervisory experience preferred.
• Minimum of five years in Sterile reprocessing preferred.
• Knowledge of AAMI standards and instrument tracking programs required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise department staff and assist with recruitment.
• Maintain department schedule to ensure 24/7 coverage.
• Manage budgets and operational costs within set limits.
• Coordinate processing and reassembly of instrumentation with user departments.
• Ensure high-level disinfection processes are completed and documented.
