Job summary

CHI Health Lakeside in West Omaha is seeking a Sterile Processing Supervisor to lead the Sterile Processing Department, oversee instrument tracking and sterilization, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. You will supervise daily operations and coordinate with OR leadership to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Sterile Processing Certification through CBSPD or IAHCSM (within 6 months of hire).
• Minimum 2 years' experience in sterile processing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Sterile Processing Department.
• Lead instrumentation and sterilization activities to meet standards.
• Manage inventory, staff schedules, and collaborate with OR leadership.
• Maintain instrument checklists and provide staff training.
