Job summary

Children’s Minnesota in Saint Paul, MN, is seeking a Supervisor for Sterile Processing to support the manager and lead daily operations. The role covers personnel management, decontamination, instrumentation, tray assembly and case carts.

Ideal candidates will have a CBSPD or IASHCSMM CRCST certification (within a year), a High School diploma, and at least one year in sterile processing or related roles, with solid customer service and basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• CBSPD or IASHCSMM CRCST certification (current or within a year of hire).
• High School graduate.
• One-year experience in CS/SP or Sterile Processing Technician, certified scrub technician.
• Customer service and personal skills.
• Technical skills in case carts, surgical instruments, sterilization, tray assembly.
• Basic Word, Excel, and Power-Point.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Sterile Processing and assist the manager.
• Lead personnel and coordinate workflow and scheduling.
• Maintain decontamination, instrumentation handling, and tray assembly quality.
• Ensure proper handling of case carts and sterile supplies.
