Job summary

Kansas Surgery & Recovery Center seeks a Sterile Processing Supervisor to lead the Sterile Processing Department under the OR Manager. You will supervise staff, coordinate workflow, and ensure safe, accurate, and efficient processing in line with policies and infection prevention standards.

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; requires a minimum of 2 years sterile processing experience; supervisor experience preferred; high school diploma or GED is required; sterile processing

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years sterile processing experience.
• Previous supervisor experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Sterile processing certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and operational oversight for the Sterile Processing Department.
• Supervise staff and coordinate departmental workflow.
• Ensure services are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently per policies, infection prevention standards, and regulatory requirements.
