Job summary

Qualifications

• Current CSPDT certification or CRCST certification or CER certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the reprocessing services for the Central Sterile department.
• Ensure operations comply with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
• Hire, train and supervise staff in collaboration with Surgical Services leadership.
• Wrap/package items for sterilization and verify counts on trays.
• Operate autoclave units and perform daily quality control checks.
• Conduct rounds to collect instruments and ensure proper processing.
