Description:As a Sterilization Technician, you will support clinical operations.You will ensure that all instruments, equipment, and treatment areas are properly cleaned, sterilized, and maintained.You will follow the highest infection control standards.Your responsibilities will include cleaning, sterilizing, and maintaining dental instruments and equipment.You will prepare treatment rooms by ensuring sterilized instruments and materials are properly arranged.You will operate autoclaves and other sterilization equipment with attention to detail.You will monitor and log sterilization cycles.You will ensure all documentation meets safety requirements.You will support the clinical team by maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked sterilization area.You will dispose of hazardous and biohazardous waste following proper protocols.You will participate in team huddles.You will contribute to a clean, efficient, and positive working environment.
