Description:As a Sterilization Technician, you will support clinical operations by ensuring that all instruments, equipment, and treatment areas are properly cleaned, sterilized, and maintained in accordance with the highest infection control standards.You will clean, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and equipment in compliance with infection control standards.You will prepare treatment rooms by ensuring sterilized instruments and materials are properly arranged.You will operate autoclaves and other sterilization equipment with attention to detail.You will monitor and log sterilization cycles and ensure all documentation meets safety requirements.You will support the clinical team by maintaining a clean, organized, and fully stocked sterilization area.You will dispose of hazardous and biohazardous waste following proper protocols.You will participate in team huddles and contribute to a clean, efficient, and positive working environment.
