Qualifications

• Associate's degree and 3 years of experience sterilizing reusable surgical instrumentation.
• Progressive leadership experience.
• Current certification from a national central service credentialing organization (CRCST, CSPDT, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate instrument needs between SPD and OR for assigned procedures.
• Oversee room turnovers and sterilization of surgical instrumentation.
• Identify, report, and help resolve instrument and equipment issues.
• Ensure instrument and equipment availability for upcoming procedures.
• Report to the Sterile Processing Manager and collaborate withSPD/OR leadership.
