Job summary

Hennepin Healthcare in Minneapolis seeks a Supervisory professional for the Central Processing Department. You will coordinate daily CPD operations across five areas, support OR and clinic needs, and lead staff through onboarding, coaching, and annual evaluations.

The role requires leadership experience in sterile processing, strong communication, and a commitment to regulatory compliance. Evening shift with 80 hours per pay period.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Two years in a lead or supervisory role in Supply Chain/Material Management/Sterile Processing.
• CRCST certification preferred or required as noted.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of CPD locations including decontamination, reprocessing, and case-cart picking.
• Staff hiring, training, coaching, performance evaluations, and random quality audits.
• Coordinate with OR, on-campus and off-campus departments to ensure patient safety and compliance.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage equipment and instrument recalls.
• Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives and Lean events.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with SGNA, AAMI, AORN, TJC, DHS standards.
