Job summary

Surgical Solutions is seeking an Account Manager in Chesterfield, MO to lead the hospital-managed services partnership, oversee operations, and drive client relationships. You will report to the Regional Director of Operations and ensure contractual commitments, KPIs, and quality metrics are met.

The role requires 3-5 years in OR/sterile processing, CRCST certification, and strong analytical and communication skills. Travel up to 90% within the region is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Operating Room and/or Sterile Processing, Surgical Solutions experience preferred
• CRCST certification required; CER certification a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience working with hospital C-suite staff preferred
• Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hospital administration, surgeons, and OR personnel to ensure collaboration and service excellence
• Act as a liaison for Sales and Marketing, identifying opportunities for regional growth and territory expansion
• Conduct regular site visits to meet hospital contacts and ensure operational success
• Oversee hiring, training, and performance management of field teams
• Manage regional operations, including staffing, contract compliance, and financial performance (P&L)
• Ensure hospital contract commitments are met and KPIs and quality metrics are achieved
• Drive digital adoption and utilization of SCMP and other tools
• Provide coaching and support for Account Supervisors/Lead Technicians
