Job summary

Replite in Warren, MI is hiring an experienced Sterile Processing Account Specialist to support one hospital account. This on-site, clinical role focuses on improving workflows, training teams, and keeping the OR running smoothly.

No travel, no weekends, and a Monday–Friday daytime schedule with full benefits. You will partner daily with SPD and OR leadership, audit trays and instrumentation, and lead process improvements to standardize workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sterile Processing or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation and tray workflows.
• Able to work directly in SPD/OR environments.
• CRCST/CBSPD/CST certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner daily with SPD and OR leadership.
• Ensure tray readiness and case support.
• Audit trays, instrumentation, and workflows.
• Identify and fix inefficiencies before they impact cases.
• Lead hands-on training and in-services.
• Support process improvements and standardization initiatives.
• Serve as the hospital’s go-to sterile processing expert.
