Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Healthcare Management or related field.
• CRCST or CSPDT certification required or preferred.
• Two years of supervisory experience in Sterile Processing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise sterile processing staff and operations.
• Maintain budgetary and reporting responsibilities for the department.
• Develop and enforce policies, procedures and infection control standards.
• Manage inventory, supplies and equipment, and coordinate with user departments.
• Ensure staff development through orientation, internships and ongoing education.
