Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises, manages and evaluates assigned personnel.
• Coordinates staff to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Ensures compliance with accreditation and infection control standards.
• Develops routine assignments for each shift and ensures adequate staffing.
• May rotate shifts and adjust schedules to meet staffing needs.
