Job summary

Northside Hospital in Georgia is seeking a Sterile Processing Supervisor to join the Surgical Services team. You will coordinate day-to-day activities with 24-hour accountability for the Sterile Processing department and work alongside the manager to lead supervisors and staff in providing sterile instrumentation and supplies.

The role requires strong supervisory skills, prioritization, and knowledge of instrument sterilization techniques.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sterile processing experience or 3 years in OR as Surgical Technologist or OR RN.
• Ability to set priorities and make supervisory decisions; strong problem-solving skills.
• 1+ year supervisory experience in sterile processing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates day-to-day activities with 24-hour accountability for the Sterile Processing department.
• Works with the manager to lead Supervisors and staff in Surgical Services and instrument sterilization.
