Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a Sterile Processing Supervisor to oversee shift staff and ensure efficient decontamination, preparation, sterilization and distribution of instrumentation across multiple departments. The role requires CRCST or CSPDT certification and at least two years of sterile processing experience.

Candidate will join a state-of-the-art facility with a focus on quality patient care in the Atlanta area. Typical hours are 7am-7pm, and prior supervisory experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education (GED) or post-secondary education.
• Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) through Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) or Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Tech (CSPDT) through the Central Board of Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD).
• Two (2) years of Sterile Processing or related field experience.

• Two (2) years of Sterile Processing or related field experience.

PREFERRED

• Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units.
• One (1) year of Sterile Processing or related field supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of instrument sterilization techniques, Sterile Processing policies and procedures, and surgical procedures.

7am-7pm
