Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree and 2 years Sterile Processing experience OR Associates Degree and 4 years Sterile Processing experience required.
• Must have 2 years supervisory or leadership experience.
• Must be a Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST).

Responsibilities

• Manage the Sterile Processing Department's day-to-day activities.

• Oversee staffing, training, and performance management.
