Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, nursing, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Minimum of 2 years related quality or technical supervisory experience in a medical setting with sterile processing.
• Must possess and maintain certification through a central sterilizing service program (IAHSCMM or CBSPD).

Responsibilities

• Supervise technical staff in Central Sterilizing Services.
• Lead staff education, coaching, and performance management.
• Coordinate with health care teams to ensure safe, effective patient care.
• Maintain equipment and supplies for instrument reprocessing.
