Qualifications

• Must be certified as CSPDT or other HSPA/CBSPD certifications listed.
• Ability to work in a stressful environment and manage personnel.

Responsibilities

• Assists in developing specific departmental goals aligned with the organization’s strategic plan.
• Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts and vendor relations.
• Oversees scheduling, recruitment and payroll; manages staff relations and performance.
• Evaluates service quality and coordinates with clinical areas for equipment and supply needs.
• Supports problem solving, change management and adherence to standards of behavior.
