• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)

Responsibilities

• Assists with developing specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives which support the strategic plan and vision of the organization.
• Monitors departmental budgets, regulatory compliance, contracts and vendor relations; justifies needs for systems/equipment/supplies purchases and oversees stock.
• Manages staff relations including performance management, staff satisfaction and conflict management; handles scheduling, recruitment and payroll.
• Collaborates with clinical areas to determine and meet requirements for medical equipment and supplies.
