Qualifications

• Minimum GED or high school diploma.
• 2-5 years in Sterile Processing and Distribution.
• 2-5 years supervisory experience.
• CRCST certification required; CIS or Healthcare Leadership certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and coordination for Sterile Processing and Distribution.
• Ensure 24/7 operation with compliant processes.
• Oversee staff of ~20 FTEs; manage instrumentation care and supplies.
• Collaborate with OR and patient care units to support operations.
