Job summary

Main Line Health seeks a Manager of Sterile Processing at our Riddle Hospital campus. You will coordinate and supervise the Sterile Processing Department to deliver high-quality support for OR, OB, ER, CCL, ASU and related areas.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in OR instrumentation, 3+ years in a supervisory role, and strong knowledge of Joint Commission, AAMI, and regulatory standards. CRCST is required, CSPDT/CBSPD preferred. College degree or OR certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years' experience in OR instrumentation/procedures.
• Minimum of three years' experience in a supervisory/lead position.
• Extensive knowledge of Joint Commission standards, AAMI recommendations, and Local, State, and Federal regulations pertaining to Sterile Processing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all activities of the Sterile Processing Department to ensure high quality support services to OR/OB/ER/CCL/ASU and ancillary patient care areas.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission standards, AAMI recommendations, and regulatory requirements for Sterile Processing.
• Oversee staff performance, education, and development to maintain operational excellence.
