The role requires a Bachelor's in a healthcare field with at least six years in sterile processing, plus CRCST and CHL certifications; experience may substitute for education where allowed.

• CRCST and CHL certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational direction for methods, policies and procedures supporting central sterile services.
• Oversee clinical sterilization standards and regulatory compliance.
• Implement and evaluate activities related to instrument processing and sterilization.
• Manage budget development and monitor adherence to budget.
• Provide supervision for staff.
