HCA Houston Healthcare Northwest is seeking a Sterile Processing Manager to lead the CS/SPD teams in cleaning, sterilization, inventory management and safe patient care support. You will coach staff, coordinate instrument needs, and ensure compliance with standards and cost containment.
The role requires vocational training, CS/SPD certification (CRCST or equivalent) and 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a hospital setting.

Primarily leads, directs, and coaches the CS/SPD teams to the highest standard of performance in cleaning, sterilization, inventory management, distribution of supplies and safety standards.
