Job summary

Memorial Healthcare System seeks a Sterile Processing Manager to oversee daily operations of the Sterile Processing and Distribution area in a fast-paced hospital environment.

The role requires a minimum of two years in Sterile Processing with progressive leadership, as well as multiple HSPA certifications. You will manage staff, payroll, budgets, and vendor relations while aligning goals with the organization’s strategic plan.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of Sterile Processing with progressive leadership experience.
• Associates degree is required.
• Must be certified as CSPDT or other HSPA certifications listed.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily operations of the Sterile Processing and Distribution area.
• Oversees scheduling, recruitment and payroll.
• Monitors budgets, regulatory compliance and vendor relations.
• Determines needs for systems/equipment/supplies and ensures proper stock.
• Partners with clinical areas to meet equipment and supply requirements.
• Develops departmental goals aligned with the organization’s strategic plan.
