Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of hands-on Sterile Processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Works directly with Surgery Clinical staff and managers to assess, troubleshoot and make recommendations for all trauma and tertiary care surgical procedures.
• Demonstrates knowledge of the sterilization process, including infection control, instrument quality control, sterility maintenance, and aseptic technique.
• Has high professional and ethical standards in sterilization decision making.
