AdventHealth Orlando is seeking a Sterile Processing Technician to ensure sterile supplies for surgical services. You will inspect, assemble, sterilize instrument sets, maintain documentation, and support a high-reliability department in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Required CRCST or CSPDT certification, high school diploma, and related experience preferred. The role includes night shifts and full-time hours with benefits from day one.

• Selects appropriate materials and sterilization packaging for instrument sets.
• - Reviews and signs sterilizer charts to verify proper parameters.
• - Operates sterilization equipment and records results.
• - Maintains decontamination and sterilization workflows and documentation.
• - Assembles instruments and instrument sets with accurate counts.
• - Participates in training and rotates through department areas.
• - Communicates effectively with hospital departments.
