Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in sterile processing or materials management.
• Knowledge of instrumentation and inventory management.
• Ability to coordinate across OR and sterile processing teams.

Responsibilities

• Direct staff scheduling, assignments, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate instrumentation needs for all surgeries and OR schedule.
• Maintain instrument inventories and collaborate on repairs/purchases.
• Ensure sterilization standards meet Infection Control, JCAHO, AORN and OSHA.
