• Directly facilitates shift operations as CSP Lead Technician.
• Acts as point-of-contact for OR triaging across 50+ procedural areas.
• Monitors logs to maintain daily accuracy per national standards.
• Troubleshoots CSP biomedical equipment and routes issues to Biomed.
• Oversees decontamination, prep/pack, sterilization, and casebuilding.
