Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Education – High School Diploma is required; CRCST preferred.
• 3–5 years sterile processing technician experience in acute care hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Participates in Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement program.
• Maintains accurate records of sterilization processes.
• Supervises operation and effectiveness of equipment on shift.
• Identifies issues and communicates with Manager to improve service.
• Contributes to department goals and quality initiatives.
