Job summary

Eisenhower Health is hiring a Central Sterile Processing Technician to lead daily CSP operations and ensure compliance with sterilization standards. You will supervise technicians, coordinate instrument turnaround, and support OR leadership on instrumentation needs.

The role requires CRCST and CER certifications, CHL within two years, and several years of sterile processing experience. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma, GED or higher; Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Must have CRCST and CER; CHL within 2 years; CER by 2026 and CHL by 2027.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of CSP department and staff to ensure efficiency.
• Assist leadership with budgets, staffing and quality improvement.
• Prepare staffing schedules and align with workload requirements.
• Develop and maintain staff training and in-service programs.
• Monitor productivity and quality of output.
• Coordinate instrument turnaround activities with CSP Technicians.
• Ensure decontamination and sterilization processes meet standards.
• Maintain records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with OR leadership on instrumentation needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
