Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred with Sterile Processing background.
• Certification in CSPDT/CRCST and Instrument Specialist credentials.
• IAHCSMM instructor certification is expected.
• Experience in conducting in-service training programs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning initiatives within the sterile processing environment.
• Assess team learning needs and design targeted education programs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training and implement improvements.
