Qualifications

• Five years of related experience in sterile processing, high-level disinfection, or operating room.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Educate SPD staff and affiliated personnel with orientation, continuing education, and competency evaluation.
• Develop, administer, and measure educational and quality assurance materials in line with guidelines.
• Collaborate with department leadership and cross-functional teams to improve processes and safety.
