Job summary

BayCare Health System in Winter Haven is seeking a dedicated Sterile Processing Tech to perform the full spectrum of decontamination, prep, packaging and sterilization of all instrumentation in our busy department, strictly following established procedures, safety protocols and quality standards to support patient care.

This role also serves as a preceptor and mentor to other team members, with a schedule of 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, full-time status, and the requirement to become certified within 24

Qualifications

• Must become certified within 24 months of hire.
