Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician license or eligibility required for experienced candidates.
• Willingness to learn sterile compounding and cleanroom protocols for trainees/freshers.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow precise procedures.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation and aseptic compounding of sterile injectable medications following cGMP and USP guidelines (training provided for trainees).
• Maintain cleanroom compliance, including gowning, sanitization, and environmental monitoring.
• Label, package, and document finished products per batch records and SOPs.
• Support equipment cleaning, basic maintenance, and calibration activities.
• Participate in visual inspection, lot reconciliation, and inventory management.
• Follow SOPs, safety protocols, and documentation requirements.
• Assist pharmacists and supervisors to improve workflow and quality initiatives.
