Qualifications

• Active PTCB or ExCPT certification with a valid state license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of USP <795>, USP <800>, and FDA cGMP guidelines.
• Strong aseptic technique and sterile compounding processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Sterile compounding: follow formulations to prepare sterile medications.
• Quality control & documentation: perform quality checks and maintain records.
• Pharmacist collaboration: work with Pharmacist-in-Charge and QA teams to ensure compliance.
• Equipment documentation: maintain calibration logs for equipment and document procedures.
• Cleanroom maintenance: ensure cleanliness and safety in the cleanroom.
• Inventory management: monitor stock and report shortages.
• Compliance & continuous improvement: support audits and ongoing training.
