Job summary

Qualified applicants hold an active AZ Pharmacy Technician license, can work 7am-7pm with rotating weekends, and work onsite at Phoenix address now through October 2025, with a move to Chandler thereafter.

Qualifications

• Sterile compounding experience and competency per USP 797/800 requirements.
• Ability to manage medication and supply ordering, receiving, and maintenance.
• Strong teamwork skills to triage and respond to compounding needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform sterile compounding according to policy and regulations (USP 797/800).
• Maintain competency related to sterile compounding.
• Participate in medication management for pharmacy compounding, including ordering, receiving, and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot equipment, hardware, and software issues related to compounding.
• Complete and document cleaning and monitoring activities for sterile areas (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Work with a team to triage and respond to compounding needs promptly.
• Maintain ongoing didactic and practical training related to sterile compounding.
