Strive Pharmacy in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Sterile Compounding Pharmacy Technician for an overnight, on-site role. You will prepare patient-specific sterile medications under pharmacist supervision and ensure strict quality and regulatory standards are met.

Requirements include AZ tech license, national certification, and knowledge of USP 795/800 and FDA 503B cGMP. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Active AZ Pharmacy Technician License and national certification.
• PTCB or ExCPT certification required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of USP 795/800 and FDA 503B cGMP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Sterile compounding following approved formulations and procedures.
• Quality control: checks, sampling and investigations for deviations.
• Collaborate with Pharmacist-in-Charge and QA teams to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Maintain calibration logs for equipment and document procedures.
• Keep cleanroom orderly and compliant with safety protocols.
• Monitor inventory and report shortages; check expiry and quality.
• Participate in audits, training, and continuous improvement activities.
