Job summary

Medivant Healthcare in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to support daily pharmaceutical manufacturing operations in a sterile environment, ensuring compliance with cGMP and safety standards. You will operate equipment (vial filling, sterilization, mixing, labeling), assist in filling and inspecting injectable products, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Minimum requirements: high school diploma or equivalent; 0–2 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing; knowledge of cGMP/GDP;

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma or Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and sterile manufacturing procedures required.
• Must have strong attention to detail and thorough documentation practices.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or extended hours if needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing equipment (e.g., vial filling, sterilization, mixing, labeling) as per SOPs.
• Assist in the formulation, filling, and inspection of injectable drug products.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with GMP and OSHA requirements.
• Perform cleaning and sanitization of equipment and manufacturing rooms.
• Accurately complete batch records, logbooks, and other production documentation.
• Participate in line clearance and changeover activities.
• Communicate promptly any deviations, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns.
• Support process improvements and follow instructions from the Production Supervisor.
• Work in coordination with the Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance departments.
