Job summary

The Pharmacy Hub seeks a Sterile Pharmacist Manager to run the day-to-day sterile compounding operation and lead a team of pharmacists and technicians. You will serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge for regulatory purposes and ensure the operation remains accurate, compliant, and inspection-ready.

This hands-on leadership role involves managing daily sterile production, supervision, and ongoing process improvements while reporting to pharmacy/operations leadership to maintain quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• PharmD or BS in Pharmacy.
• Active pharmacist license in Florida in good standing; able to serve as PIC.
• Sterile compounding experience with supervisory or lead responsibility (typically 5+ years).

Responsibilities

• Run daily sterile operations: manage scheduling, staffing, batch planning and capacity.
• Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge: regulatory compliance and recordkeeping for the sterile operation in Florida.
• Supervise and develop pharmacists and technicians; oversee competency assessments and training.
• Maintain compliance with USP, sterile requirements, cleaning, and hazardous-drug handling.
• Keep inspection readiness and prepare for Board of Pharmacy and accreditation inspections.
• Track deviations, CAPAs, and ensure SOPs reflect actual practice.
