Job summary

RPh on the Go USA, Inc. in Las Vegas, NV seeks an experienced Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead a closed-door sterile compounding pharmacy. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and team development while supporting multi-state pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities include PIC duties, sterile compounding oversight, staff hiring and training, inspections, and SOP maintenance. Strong knowledge of USP/FDA/state board regs plus leadership skills are essential for growth

Qualifications

• Active Nevada and California pharmacist licenses or ability to obtain California license.
• Minimum 3 years of sterile compounding experience preferred.
• Prior PIC or pharmacy management experience strongly preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of USP <797>, USP <800>, and sterile compounding regulations.
• Experience with multi-state pharmacy operations and non-resident licensure.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the designated Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) ensuring compliance with USP, FDA, and state boards.
• Oversee sterile compounding workflow, QA, and SOP maintenance.
• Hire, supervise, and train pharmacy staff; manage inspections and audits.
• Collaborate with leadership on operations strategy, expansion, and licensing initiatives.
